Liquid BBL (Radiesse) in Spring & The Woodlands

A Liquid BBL at Kiss Aesthetics uses Radiesse® to enhance shape and volume in the buttocks without surgery or fat transfer. Treatment is customized for a natural-looking lift and contour. Radiesse is a dermal filler made with calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres. It can provide immediate volume and also support collagen production over time. This option may suit people who want contour improvement without surgical BBL, or who don’t have enough fat for transfer. Individual results vary.

A consultation reviews goals, candidacy, and a treatment plan. Pricing depends on the amount of product used—discussed at your visit. Financing may be available through CareCredit or Cherry.

Typical plan note: For many patients we recommend a series of 3 treatments, spaced about 6–8 weeks apart, with optional maintenance later. Your provider will confirm what’s right for you.

How does it work?
Radiesse is injected into targeted areas to support shape and volume. Immediate structure is often visible; collagen support continues to develop over the following weeks and months.

What are the risks?
Common effects include temporary swelling, bruising, redness, or tenderness. Less commonly, lumps, asymmetry, or prolonged inflammation can occur. An experienced injector and following aftercare help reduce risk.

What should I do before and after?

Before: Ask your provider about pausing NSAIDs/aspirin when appropriate; wear comfortable clothes; arrive early for numbing.
After: Don’t rub/massage the area; gentle cleansing; cold compress for tenderness as directed; avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise ~24 hours; keep pressure off the buttocks ~24 hours (side/stomach sleeping; limit prolonged sitting).

When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Some volume/shape change can show right away; fuller collagen-related changes build over months. Duration often cited around 12–24 months depending on the person, lifestyle, and product used—not a guarantee. Maintenance may be recommended.

Is there downtime?
Usually minimal compared with surgery. Mild swelling or tenderness can last a few days. Most people resume normal routines quickly with activity restrictions as above.

Is it right for me?
A consult is the best answer. It may fit if you want subtle-to-noticeable enhancement without surgery. It may not be appropriate with certain medical conditions, active infections, pregnancy, or breastfeeding—your provider screens for this.
