Collagen stimulators help support firmer, more youthful-looking skin by encouraging your body’s own collagen response over time. At Kiss Aesthetics we offer Sculptra® and Radiesse® (including hyperdiluted approaches when appropriate). Care is customized and medically guided. Serving Spring and The Woodlands from 606 Rayford Rd, Ste. D.
Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to help rebuild collagen gradually—often for facial volume loss, temples, cheeks, folds, and related aging changes. Results build over time (not instant filler plump).
Radiesse uses calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). As a volumizing filler it can add structure; in a hyperdiluted form it’s often used more as a biostimulator to support skin quality, texture, tone, and firmness in areas like mid/lower face, neck, décolletage, and other regions your provider recommends.
Want Radiesse for buttock contour? See Liquid BBL.
Want traditional facial HA fillers? See Filler (Lips & Face).
Consultation covers goals, areas, product choice (Sculptra vs Radiesse / hyperdilute), and session plan. Pricing depends on product and vials/syringes—reviewed at your visit. Financing may be available through CareCredit or Cherry.
Typical cadence note: Many patients need a short series (often about 2–3 sessions spaced several weeks apart). Your provider sets the exact plan. Maintenance timing varies (often discussed around 12–18+ months depending on therapy and response).
How does it work?
These injectables support collagen remodeling. Sculptra works gradually in the dermis; Radiesse can volumize and/or biostimulate depending on how it’s used. Your provider explains which approach fits your goals.
What are the risks?
Common effects include redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness, itching, or temporary bumps. Follow aftercare and tell us about cold-sore history, allergies, or bleeding/clotting issues.
What should I do before and after?
Before: Ask about pausing aspirin/NSAIDs and certain supplements that increase bruising; avoid alcohol ~24 hours; skip irritating topicals (retinoids/acids) a few days when advised; arrive with a clean face.
After (important for Sculptra): Massage treated areas as directed—commonly 5 times a day, for 5 minutes, for 5 days (confirm with your provider). Ice gently as directed; SPF; avoid strenuous exercise ~24 hours; delay lasers/IPL/tightening on the area ~2–3 weeks unless told otherwise.
When will I see results?
Expect gradual change, not overnight filler. Timelines vary by product and person. Maintenance may be recommended.
Is it right for me?
Best decided in consult. May suit volume loss / skin-quality goals when you want natural, progressive improvement. May not fit with certain allergies, poor health, or clotting disorders—your provider screens candidacy. Sometimes combined with microneedling, peels, or threads when appropriate.
