A PRP breast lift is a non-surgical in-office option that uses platelet-rich plasma from your own blood to support a subtly fuller, more youthful look and skin quality in the breast/chest area—without general anesthesia, implants, or surgical downtime. Care is customized with physician oversight. Serving Spring and The Woodlands from 606 Rayford Rd, Ste. D.
We draw a small amount of blood, process it in a centrifuge to concentrate platelet-rich plasma (PRP), then carefully inject growth-factor–rich PRP into planned areas of the breast and chest. Over the following weeks to months, this may support collagen and tissue response. Results vary; this is not a substitute for surgical breast lift or augmentation when significant ptosis or volume loss needs surgery.

Combo options sometimes discussed: Threads · Radiesse & Sculptra.
Consultation (goals, candidacy, realistic expectations), blood draw, processing, and treatment. Pricing reviewed at your visit. Financing may be available through CareCredit or Cherry. If you have implants, bring records so your provider can review placement (e.g., under the muscle) before planning.
How does it work?
PRP from your blood is concentrated and injected where planned. Growth factors may support new blood vessels, collagen, and tissue response over time. Immediate effects are not the final result.
What are the risks?
Common effects are injection-related: redness, bruising, tenderness, temporary discomfort. Your provider reviews candidacy and risks before treatment.
What should I do before and after?
Before: Ask about pausing NSAIDs/aspirin when appropriate; wear comfortable clothes; leave jewelry at home.
After: Don’t rub/massage the breasts; gentle cleansing; cold compress for tenderness as directed; avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise ~24 hours; keep pressure off the chest ~48 hours (reclined/elevated sleep may help).
When will I see results?
Meaningful change is gradual. Some people are happy after one session; others prefer periodic maintenance (e.g., yearly)—your provider recommends a plan. Cup-size change is highly individual and not guaranteed.
Is it right for me?
May fit if you want a subtle, non-surgical refresh (often described like a soft push-up-bra look) and prefer to avoid surgery. Surgery may be better for severe sagging/deflation after weight change or nursing. Not appropriate if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with certain breast-cancer histories/predispositions—your provider screens this carefully.
