• Starts as a 6-month commitment, then month-to-month
• Auto card billing monthly, or pay the full term up front
• Cancel anytime after 6 months with written notice 10 days before the next bill
• Early cancel (before 6 months): $125 fee
• Services don’t auto-rollover — use them that month or bank the funds (great for Tixel, Tox, etc.)
• No cash refunds for unused services; benefits aren’t transferable/shareable (one person per membership)

What’s the difference between Sapphire and Diamond? 

Sapphire is one monthly esthetic treatment + 10% product/service discounts. Diamond adds higher-value monthly options (HydraFacial, VI Peel, microneedling, IPL, larger laser areas) plus a second monthly pick and bigger discounts ($50 off fillers, 15%/20% off product/esthetician).

Can I bank unused treatments? 

Yes. Funds can be banked instead of rolling a unused visit — use them later toward services you choose (like Tixel or Tox).

What if I need to cancel? 

After the first 6 months, cancel with written notice 10 days before the next cycle. Canceling earlier has a $125 fee. No cash refunds for unused benefits.
