VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel designed to improve tone, texture, and clarity—addressing concerns like fine lines, acne marks, scarring, and hyperpigmentation. At Kiss Aesthetics, peels are customized and guided with clear aftercare. Serving Spring and The Woodlands from 606 Rayford Rd, Ste. D. Call/text (281) 560-3955.
VI Peel blends ingredients such as TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, phenol, and vitamin C to exfoliate damaged cells and support fresher, more even-looking skin. It can be used on face, neck, and décolletage when appropriate. Expect a short recovery with peeling/flaking—not a “lunchtime glow with zero shedding.” Results vary.

How does it work?
The VI Peel uses a blend of ingredients such as TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, phenol, and vitamin C. Together they exfoliate damaged cells, support collagen and cell turnover, and help with clogged pores and uneven pigment so fresher, clearer-looking skin can come through.
What are the risks?
Most people get mild redness, tingling, warmth, peeling, flaking, dryness, or itchiness as the skin sheds. Less commonly: prolonged redness, irritation, or temporary darkening in sensitive areas. Risks drop when you follow pre- and post-care. Your provider reviews your history and any reasons not to peel.
What should I do before and after?
Before: Pause retinoids, exfoliating products, and certain medications as directed. Arrive with clean skin (no makeup or heavy products). Your provider may suggest a gentle pre-peel regimen.
After: Do not apply any products—including makeup or SPF—for 6–8 hours. Avoid excess sun for at least 7 days. Avoid exfoliating acids (lactic, glycolic, mandelic, salicylic), retinols/tretinoin, and heavy creams for about 2 weeks. Peeling often starts around day 3 — do not pick or pull at skin. Use the aftercare products your provider recommends (often SkinBetter Science and Hydrinity).
When will I see results?
Many people notice clearer tone and texture within about 7–10 days. Fuller improvements in fine lines, pigment, and smoothness usually show over 2–4 weeks as skin finishes healing. For acne scarring, pigment, or sun damage, a series spaced several weeks apart is often best.
Is it right for me?
A strong option if you want better tone, fewer fine lines, less sun damage, or softer acne scarring — and when a true peel (with expected flaking) fits your calendar. It can be used on face, neck, and décolletage when appropriate. It may not suit open wounds, active infections, or certain skin conditions. A consult confirms fit and strength.
