The OMG-Shot is a minimally invasive vaginal rejuvenating treatment for women experiencing low libido, difficulty achieving orgasm, vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, or urinary incontinence.
The orgasm shot, or OMG-Shot, involves injecting the clitoris, labia, and G-spot with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), a substance in your blood that contains healing proteins called growth factors, extracted from your blood. Your provider will numb the vaginal and clitoral region (numbing cream and local anesthesia) and inject a certain amount of the spun PRP into your clitoral glans. Following which, the remaining 5 ccs are injected under the vaginal skin around the G-spot area. The best part of this treatment is that it lasts for only about 1 minute. Patients report either no pain at all or just a quick pricking sensation that subsides quickly. OMG-Shot procedure results can vary depending on the patient, but they generally last between 14 and 18 months. On average, women repeat the procedure every 18 months.
The OMG-Shot uses your own body's regenerative properties to produce collagen naturally. This is considered one of the safest and most natural procedures in cosmetic injectables. Side effects, such as redness, bruising, tenderness and injection site pain are mild and temporary, are generally injection related.

The results can vary depending on the patient’s starting point. For example, factors such as age, medical conditions, and hormonal problems can determine the results. The injection is not a “magic stick”. You may experience an increase in sexual desire and pleasure immediately, but full results are usually enjoyed after 3 months. Generally, women will begin to experience heightened sensation in the first 3-7 days and new tissue will begin to develop over the next 3-9 weeks. This will peak around the 3-month mark. On average, the OMG-Shot lasts about 12-18 months.
If you are one of the many women who suffer from low sexual desire, urinary "leakage" or loss of vaginal sensitivity, the OMG-Shot may be just the thing you need.
You should not have PRP treatments done if you have any of the following conditions: skin cancer, systemic cancer, chemotherapy, steroid therapy, dermatological diseases affecting the face (i.e. Porphyria), blood disorders and platelet abnormalities, or anticoagulation therapy (i.e. Warfarin). Advise your treatment provider if you suffer from, or suspect you suffer from, any of the following conditions: platelet dysfunction syndrome, critical thrombocytopenia, hypofibrinogen anemia, hemodynamic instability, sepsis, chronic liver disease, hepatitis or any acute or chronic infections.
Results are not immediate. The results gradually improve over several months as collagen growth is enhanced and sustained.
